Tim founded Principal Service Solutions (PSS) in 2010 and quickly grew it into a leading technical services provider for the high-tech industry.  PSS offers a modern approach to today’s technical workforce, customizing solutions one customer at a time with flexibility to change as the business needs change – risk free.

Before founding PSS, Tim was responsible for the development, operational readiness, and global deployment of semiconductor capital equipment service programs for Applied Materials.  In leadership positions for most of his 25+ year career, Tim has developed a unique talent for building world-class technical support teams, achieving record service performance levels for equipment installation, equipment service, repairs, upgrades, and retrofits.

Tim started his career in the United States Marine Corps where he served 4 years as the Hazardous Material/Hazardous Waste (HM/HW) Noncommissioned Officer for 9th Communication battalion aboard Camp Pendelton and MWSS 173 aboard Marine Corps Air Station Futenma on Okinawa. He was one of the youngest marines to fully develop and execute the HM/HW program for 9^th Comm, which included proper procedures for distinguishing HM and HW, training, regulatory compliance, inventory control, storage, and disposal.  As a noncommissioned officer he supervised unit operations and was the representative for environmental management and compliance on base and in the field.  He was recognized by San Diego County as having an operation, rated in the top 1% of all units aboard Camp Pendleton, earning him the Navy Achievement Medal.  He received his second Navy Achievement Medal for his efforts at MWSS 172, where he constructed and managed field HM/HW operations at Iejima and Pohang South Korea, supporting multiple branches of the military.
